Each message you sent as an operator can be copied, starred, edited, quoted or removed. This also allows you to correct the typos if any. You can quote one of your clients or your own message to send a relevant response. In case you sent something you should not have, you will be able to delete it. In case there is any message you would like to refer to in future, you can simply star it and can access all starred messages from a chat at any time.
